Advance Certificate EV Technology & Business Management

Needs of Techno Commercial Training for New entrepreneurs / Startups

AEVT bridges the needs of startups so that candidate can understand the technology from basic of EV to EVSE equipment like Lithium-ion battery, Battery pack assembly process, EV Motor, Charger, Charging station development and all others parts/ equipments calculation, selection, Building a Legal Foundation, Understanding Finance Basics, Business Planning and Fundraising. It equips you with conceptual frameworks for identifying entrepreneurial opportunities, evaluating techno-commercial attractiveness for investment, and launching a new venture. The program is designed for Fresh Graduates, Managers, Engineers.

Our analyses are based on a comprehensive data set on startups. We concentrate on two types of skills that are frequently referred to as the most important ones for the innovation success of a young firm: business skills and technical skills. Technical skills are typically required to implement a new business idea, while business skills are required for conducting market research and finding a promising niche or for securing financing during research and development stages.
Our main focus is to assess under which conditions these two types of skills are complementary, meaning the return on one skill type is higher if the other skill type is used as well. In other words, if technical and business skills are complementary, firms may be able to profit disproportionately if they are equipped with both.

Our analyses show that companies that are equipped with both business and technical skills are disproportionately more likely to introduce new-to-the market innovations than firms that have only one of these skills.

Inside of this training course

Energy storage remains one of the key areas of both cost and technological development for electric vehicles.

Lithium-ion batteries will remain the dominant technology, the next-generation will be explored from solid-state batteries to lithium-sulphur, sodium-ion and beyond.

Scope of Work:
Improve performance, efficiency, and reliability,
Develop innovative modular and scalable designs
Improve manufacturability and accelerate commercialization

Business Opportunity

The Ministry of Power has said that now no separate licence will be required for set up charging infrastructure for electric vehicles under the provision of the Electricity Act 2003, the government is looking to give a further boost to e-vehicles by opening up the playing field to individuals. The person should apply for connectivity and the distribution company is bound to provide connectivity

Skill Requirement

Even though awareness for electric vehicles has increased multiple times but the skill level and base knowledge required to develop electric vehicles and to understand them is still limited. This creates a gap in demand and supply which is currently filled by buying off the shelf products from limited players in electric component industry.

Why AEVT Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate Program

  1. Understand the core technology, principles of design thinking
  2. Familiar with success Business Model to think about your business
  3. Apply design thinking principles to identify innovation potential in your products/services

You Will Gain

  1. A greater understanding of the technology that needs to succeed
  2. Deeper insights into the people you are serving - a powerful tool for market research, to capture value for customers
  3. Each course consists of assignments and a final exam. The teaching team also provides feedback on select assignments.
  4. Develop a strategic framework for assessing market opportunities
